Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blue7 AI Studio ("the Service"), operated by Blue7 SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova.

2. Description of Service

Blue7 AI Studio provides AI-powered design tools for real estate and architecture, including floor plan generation, interior staging, redesign, exterior design, photo enhancement, and more. The Service operates on a token-based system where tokens are consumed per generation. Additional premium services (3D renders, panoramas, video walkthroughs) are available upon request.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Token System

• New accounts receive 3 free tokens upon registration
• Tokens are consumed based on generation quality: Standard (1 token), High (2 tokens), Ultra (3 tokens)
• Tokens are non-refundable once used for a generation
• Token balances do not expire
• Blue7 SRL reserves the right to adjust token pricing and packages

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures
• Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the sketches you upload. Generated floor plans are licensed to you for commercial and personal use. Blue7 SRL retains the right to use anonymized generation data to improve the Service.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We aim for high reliability but may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues. Failed generations due to service errors will not consume tokens.

8. Premium Services

Premium services (3D renders, panoramas, videos) are quoted and delivered separately by our team. Pricing, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon individually for each project.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blue7 SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for tokens in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused tokens are forfeited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Moldova.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
